Day 4-Saturday, October 3rd

We have been sitting by Zander's bedside all day long. He seems to be having respiratory problems, and his sats are staying too low. His doctor just came and said that we need to put him on CPAP.

Well, at least we got to see what Zander looks like without any of his face or head gear (even if it was only for a few hours). Zander's doctor just informed us that Zander needs to go back on the Oscillator. This is a bad day for Lyssa; she is taking the news of backsliding very hard. They are going to administer their third dose of surfactant.

Zander is now back on the Oscillator. Check out his little tongue!!!

Just before we decided to head home, we took his last picture. At least Z is asleep.
